Project Architect
Mr. Fuller has been an associate with Heffernan Holland Morgan since 1999. He has assisted in the design and production of construction documents for numerous military facilities in Escambia, Okaloosa and Walton counties in Florida as well as Gulfport Mississippi. Mr. Fuller, a Registered Roof Consultant, is a member of the Roof Consultants Institute (RCI), and is the current Secretary of the Northern Gulf Coast Chapter-RCI.
