Wade Squiers

Project Architect
Wade is an architect with 20 years of experience in a wide variety of project types. He is currently licensed in four states and is registered with NCARB, and is a member of the AIA. Wade received his Bachelors of Architecture from Iowa State University in 1988, and his Master of Architecture from Clemson University in 1992. Wade also studied at the Charles E. Daniel Center for Urban Studies in Genoa, Italy.

- International design competition for a 160,000 s.f. National House of Arts and Culture in Beirut, Lebanon
- Grande Lakes Resort, a 1,500 unit Ritz Carlton / Marriott resort in Orlando, Florida
- Four Seasons Emerald Bay Resort, a 229 room spa and golf resort, Great Exuma in Bahamas
- 750 room Ritz Carlton Mountail Spa in Las Vegas, Nevada
- 12 Atlantic Station, a 22 story mixed use Condo/Hotel high rise in Atlanta, Georgia
- The Onyx Condominium, an 80 unit high rise condo in Atlanta, Georgia
- Memorial Station, a 30,000 s.f. office retail building in Atlanta, Georgia
